About

A short pre- and post-training assessment for volunteers supporting Virginians affected by upcoming Medicaid Expansion changes. It checks understanding of work requirements, more frequent renewals, qualifying activities, and the appropriate volunteer role, including when to refer someone to Social Services or Project Connect. Complete the pre-test first Take the pre-test before moving into the training content. Answer each question based on what you know right now rather than looking for answers elsewhere. The pre-test is not a pass-or-fail requirement. Its purpose is to show which topics may be new or unclear, so you can pay closer attention to them during the training. Complete the post-test after training Take the post-test after you finish the training. It covers the same core responsibilities and Medicaid changes, allowing you to compare your understanding before and after instruction. Use the post-test as a final check that you can identify the main changes, explain them accurately at a general level, and recognize situations that require referral rather than interpretation. Choose the best answer you can, even when you are unsure. Some questions use multiple-choice or true-or-false formats. Others may ask for a short response. Read each question carefully, select or write your answer, and submit the quiz when you have completed every item.
